URBN Partners with Students Run Philly Style

URBN is proud to partner with Students Run Philly Style (SRPS), an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people through the power of mentorship and running.

The activations of the partnership included a sneaker recycling drive at Home Office, a customization workshop with the student runners, a training run on campus, and culminated with the runners participating in the Philadelphia Broad Street Run.

Home Office employees donated 243 pairs of athletic sneakers to be recycled for the Students Run Philly Style "Run It Back" Campaign—that's 363 pounds of footwear diverted from landfills! Each pair donated also triggers a donation to SRPS.

In March, Home Office employees volunteered to help the SRPS runners customize their sneakers with special laces and beads and decorate their race shirts with different decals.

In April, the SRPS students came back to run along our river-front campus with employees as a final training session ahead of the Broad Street Run.

On May 3, over 1,000 SRPS runners completed the Broad Street Run, a fantastic accomplishment!
