2026 ACHIEVEability Impact Day

On April 24, over 250 URBN volunteers joined ACHIEVEability for their third annual Impact Day in West Philadelphia.
Volunteers spanned from URBN Tech and Corporate Operations teams to Nuuly, Urban Outfitters, and the URBN Black Employee Resource Group. As the presenting sponsor, URBN contributed financially, provided supplies, and enlisted skilled labor partners. Working alongside over 400 other volunteers, URBN volunteers spent the day painting porches, building and filling flower planters, beautifying city blocks and creating fabric wreaths for residents.
URBN Volunteer Stats:
- Over 60 home porches, railings and stoops painted
- 100 flower box planters built and filled
- 13 city blocks weeded and cleaned up
Impact Day is part of ACHIEVEability’s effort to break the cycle of poverty for West Philadelphia families through education, affordable housing, supportive services, community and economic development.
