2025 ACHIEVEability Impact Day

On April 25th, 250 URBN volunteers joined ACHIEVEability for their second annual Impact Day in West Philadelphia. Volunteers spanned from URBN Tech and Corporate Operations teams to Nuuly and URBN Black Employee Resource Group members. As the presenting sponsor, URBN contributed financially, and provided supplies and skilled labor. Working alongside 350 other volunteers, URBN volunteers spent the day painting porches, building and filling flower planters, beautifying city blocks and creating fabric wreaths for residents.
URBN Volunteer Stats:
- 75 home porches, railings and stoops painted
- 75 home mailboxes installed
- 95 flower box planters built and filled
- 8 city blocks weeded and cleaned up
- 55 fabric scrap front door wreaths created
Impact Day is part of ACHIEVEability’s effort to break the cycle of poverty for West Philadelphia families through education, affordable housing, supportive services, community and economic development.
