Our apparel and home design teams thrive on innovation, artistic integrity and the pursuit of beautiful. This is a team that encourages risk-taking, challenges the norm, and seeks to offer a unique product assortment.

Production and Sourcing

With a passion for product and development, we partner with our brands throughout the product lifecycle to ensure our designers' visions are brought to life. Production helps set the tone and guide the execution of a sourcing strategy to deliver unique, differentiated products to our customers.


Our creative services team develops beautiful images, writes engaging prose and online stories, makes memorable packaging, and provides a great customer experience every day.


The digital team (aka. URBN DTC) collaborates with our brand and IT partners to concept, design, and develop world-class digital experiences for our customers, as well as develop analytics and data-science solutions to make our customers happy.

Planning and Allocation

Planning and Allocation are a critical part in executing our product strategies and visions. They dig deep and look broadly across all information available and serve up a meaningful format that allows for impactful conversations and planning on how our product is presented to our customers.


The development team has the privilege of supporting URBN’s physical growth, globally, from site selection, through design, construction, and maintenance, for corporate campuses; warehouse & distribution centers; and of course, our beautiful, bespoke retail and restaurant environments.


Our talent teams offer support to all employees, from the start of the recruiting process and continuing throughout their careers here at URBN. They operate under the philosophy that the stronger and more knowledgeable our people are, the more successful our business will be.

Food + Beverage

From our on campus dining to our off-campus restaurants and wedding venues, our food and beverage teams work to innovate all aspects of the dining and events experiences. They’re deeply rooted in the communities they serve and take pride in creating memorable moments for each and every customer.


Finance is not just a function at URBN, rather, they are partners with our brands. Throughout the year, they work closely together to help define and achieve each of our brand’s goals and strategies.
