On January 14, the URBN Black Employee Resource Group hosted a panel of nonprofit partners from across all URBN brands in celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day’s ethos of service.

Dianne Johnson, Chief Program Officer at Broad Street Love
Broad Street Love provides stabilizing services to those experiencing deep poverty, rooted in dignity and care.
Maori Karmael Holmes, Chief Executive & Artistic Officer at BlackStar
BlackStar creates the spaces and resources needed to uplift the work of Black, Brown and Indigenous artists working outside of the confines of genre.
The panel was moderated by URBN Black ERG member, Juliet Webb, Brand Marketing Associate at Anthropologie.
Panelists spoke to URBN employees about their nonprofits' missions, work, and how employees can get involved. The panel allowed our nonprofit partners to highlight their valuable contributions to the community and be a catalyst for deeper involvement.
