Our brand-new Omni Channel Fulfillment Center in Kansas City, KS is a state-of-the-art highly automated showcase facility that will enable us to ship digital orders to our customers and inventory to our stores faster than ever before. The facility boasts ergonomic design and a temperature-controlled environment and is conveniently located near public transit for easy accessibility.
URBN will continue to expand our presence in Kansas City with the opening of a new Nuuly fulfillment and laundry facility in Raymore, Missouri. With the creation of 750 jobs over the next five years, this new facility is just one more example of URBN is commitment to growth and innovation in the region, creating 2,000 jobs.

In 2019, URBN welcomed the first Nuuly clothing rental facility located in Bristol, PA. A cutting edge fulfillment center with full laundering and clothing alteration capabilities, it is truly a one-of-a-kind operation. Servicing the entire United States, the Nuuly building handles all orders through processes designed from the ground up to ensure best in class clothing rental of some of the world’s best brands while maintaining the highest of standards. URBN has two distribution centers in Reno, Nevada: a Retail Distribution Center, which services our stores, and a Fulfillment Center, which services our online customer orders. Surrounded by the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range, this location gives us the ability to distribute to the entire West Coast within a day’s drive. Both buildings have seen steady growth and frequent upgrades to better serve our customers. A tangible URBN energy runs through a rural corner of Lancaster County in both our Retail Distribution and Online Fulfillment centers in Gap, PA. What started in 1996 as one 100,000 square foot building, has grown into a complex with two centers — a 300,000 square foot facility servicing the retail stores and, across the street, our state-of-the-art 1 million square foot building servicing our online customers. With nearly 900 employees in total, our philosophy is, “No matter how sophisticated the equipment in your building is, it comes down to people - they make it all work,” said Omar Tovar, Chief Logistics Officer.
In 2023 we opened the doors on a 130,000 sq ft facility in Gilbert, AZ. Featuring a vibrant outlet store supported by furniture returns center on site, PX1 was designed for future growth. Associate amenities include a large breakroom, climate-controlled warehouse, and easy to use systems.
