Problems / Lost Cards
If you are an URBN Employee
Home Office employees can pick up their cards for replacements or significant others in the Payroll Department five (5) business days after requested. Store and Vetri Family employee cards will be sent to the store/restaurant in the mail pack.
If you are experiencing a problem with your card, or have lost it, email the URBN Payroll Department. You must provide your full name as it appears on your pay stub, store number and employee number.
If you are an Eligible User
If you are experiencing a problem with your card, or have lost it, please let your URBN Employee know so they can contact the URBN Payroll Department on your behalf. Do not contact the URBN Payroll Department yourself as these requests will not be fulfilled.

Please include the following information in all emails to the brand for the quickest resolution:
Discount ID number as shown on the back of the card
Email address associated with the account (if known)
Details of the issue: Error message, trouble linking or unlinking etc
Please allow 48 business hours for a response.
Significant Other Changes
Changes to an employee’s significant other are accepted quarterly. The Payroll Department will give advance notice of when these changes may be made. The following information must be emailed to the Payroll Department:
Employee's full name (as it appears on your pay stub)
Store number (if applicable)
Employee number (on the back of your discount card)
New significant other’s name (if you are married, your significant other must be your spouse unless he/she is employed by URBN)
