Home Office Internships

Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes creatives from across the country to immerse themselves within teams across our portfolio of brands and gain paid, hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. For 10 weeks, interns will share in the unique culture & perks found at our Home Office in the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard, while developing the skills to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Our selective program also offers a summer full of intern events, small group exposure to leadership, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & even a chance full time job opportunity.


General Information

When is the application deadline?
The application deadline is 5pm EST Friday, November 3rd, 2023.

What are the dates of the internship?
The URBN internship program is a 10-week program that will run from June 3 – August 9, 2024.

Are the internships paid?
Yes, our internships are paid at a competitive hourly rate.

Is the internship remote?
The URBN 2024 Summer Internship program is primarily based onsite in the Navy Yard in Philadelphia, PA.

Will interviews be virtual?
We will be hosting a large scale in-person interview day at our Navy Yard office but will accommodate with zoom on a case-by-case basis.

When will the interviews be scheduled?
The interviews will be scheduled in mid-end November, and you will receive an update by mid-December at the latest on the status of your application.

When will I hear back after my interview?
We will do our best to have feedback or next steps communicated by the new year.
